In order for athletes to be eligible, they must complete the following items:
-Participation Fee ($75)
-Physical (physician signature required)
-Statement of Insurance
-Scholastic Eligibility (see athletic handbook)
-WIAA Eligibility Requirements
-Outstanding fines and overdue books must be cleared.
Athletes are ineligible to practice without meeting the above conditions (exception: athletes may practice but not play if academically ineligible).
