Please make sure that all your information is submitted prior to the first day of camp
Because of the State's regulations and policies for "Summer Camps", WWRA will need extra information from you:
- HEALTH FORM: same information that has always been on our registration, you can input this during registration (this is not a separate form).
- IMMUNIZATION RECORD
- PHYSICAL EXAM: this is the same clearance that is needed for each school, we just need a copy of the document that the doctor provided you.
- PHOTO OF CHILD
- TRIP PERMISSION SLIP: only for the crews going to Club Nationals.
- SWIMMING TEST: everyone will take a swim test on the first day, regardless if you had taken one before.
All the records need to be submitted prior to June 18th. The town will not allow you to participate if you don't have the records in. You can email them to me (firstname.lastname@example.org).
All registrants must complete an online waiver with US Rowing. The waiver is good for the calendar year. You will be asked later during the registration process to confirm that you have done this. Please visit the following website to sign the online waiver:
