Welcome to Lincoln High School's online sports registration. This system provides convenience and efficiency for you, the coaches and the athletic office. After you sign up once, it's very easy to register for other sports or add siblings.
This form must be filled out by the parent/guardian and athlete together.
Completing this online registration and having a current physical form on file is required before an athlete can try out or practice on the first day of the season.
Physical Exam Form: OSAA rules mandate that all student-athletes have a physical examination every two years and turn in a specific form. If the athlete has not had a physical within the past two years or the physical is expiring, please schedule an exam and have your medical provider complete the required physical exam form (found in the links section on the right hand side of this page). We also have these forms in the athletic and main offices. By Oregon law we need a hard copy of the completed physical form. Please submit hard copies of your forms into the athletic office, the main office, mail them, or fax them to the school (503-916-2700). We do not accept electronic copies of physical forms. Parents need to keep a copy of the physical.

PPS does not provide medical insurance for athletics. If low-cost Student Health Insurance Coverage is needed, please see links to right.
PIL Fee: The sports fee is $200 per PIL sport. The cap is $400 per school year per athlete and $800 per family per school year. A reduced fee is available if you qualify for Free or Reduced Lunch. You can pay the PIL sports fee through School Pay or drop off payment at the Lincoln High School bookkeepers' office, room #104. If an athlete needs to quit a sport due to injury or academics three weeks or less into the season, a partial refund will be arranged.
PIL fees go towards transportation, basic uniforms, coaches’ stipends, facility permit fees, officials’ fees, and basic equipment needed for each sport. PIL fee payment options (including a link to SchoolPay) are below.
Program Donation: Many programs ask for a donation that is separate from the PIL fee. This donation covers goods and services that the PIL does not cover often including team meals, higher-quality equipment, higher-quality or custom uniforms, team gear, additional coaches, and the costs associated with attending meets/tournaments/contests out of town. Most program donations can be made through SchoolPay. Scroll the list of links to the right to see if your program's donation is collected a different way.
Athletic Department Donation: Families also have the option to donate to the athletic department. Your donation pays for this online registration system, facility improvements, championship banners, varsity letters, Signing Day ceremonies, as well as equipment and gear that benefits more than one sport. Club Sports (water polo, crew, sailing, rec soccer): Fees, fee waivers, and refund policies vary by club sport. All fall club sports have their own registration. Click the links above for more information.
Academic requirements: Students who fail to meet any of these three requirements are not eligible to participate in sports.
Every student-athlete in the state must:
1) have passed 5 classes the previous semester,
2) are enrolled and passing 5 classes in the current semester,
3) and are making satisfactory progress toward graduation by earning the minimum number of credits (4.5 credits by the start of 10th grade, 10 credits by the start of 11th grade, 17 credits by the start of 12th grade).
In addition, students must have earned the following GPA the previous quarter: 2.0 with no F's or 2.5 with one F. Students who do not meet this requirement may register and participate but will be placed on academic probation for the current quarter.
