HOW TO JOIN A Club/Activity
STEP 1. REGISTRATION / PAYMENT OF FEES
Students and their parent/guardian must complete the process for registration for their High School at FamilyID and be enrolled in at least five credit classes. Students and parents are required to read and sign off on the STUDENT ATHLETIC AND EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES HANDBOOK (SIGN OFF FORM)
STEP 2. CLUB/ACTIVITY PARTICIPATION CONTRACT
Behavioral expectations for Club/Activity members are contained in this document. Both the student and his/her parent are required to read and sign the Code of Conduct and Athletic/Extra Curricular Activity Contract. By signing the contract on this form, you are agreeing to abide by the terms of both the Code of Conduct and the Athletic/Extra Curricular Activty Contract.
