Please be informed, per School Committee vote on August 18, 2015, K-6 students that live more than two miles from their designated school are exempt from paying a transportation fee. Please confirm applicability by visiting the school website at http://dracutps.org/district/school-business-servi.... A final determination will be made by the school business office.
The Bus Fee for students in grades K through 12 who wish to ride the bus during the 2017-2018 school year will be $200.00 per student with a $600.00 family cap. Bus Pass registration must be completed on-line at www.familyid.com . A link may also be found on our website. Payments for all district fees must be paid using PayPal. Payment will occur once you have successfully completed the registration process through FamilyID. There will be an additional fee for each lost or stolen bus pass.
Once you have completed the registration online, please print a copy of the registration for your records.
A waiver of the fee is available for those students who receive free and reduced lunch. If you have qualified for free and reduced lunch, a copy of your acceptance letter from the Food Service Department must be presented at this time you are picking up a bus pass.
For your convenience, a bus pass can be picked-up in the Business Office Monday thru Friday 1pm to 3pm beginning July 1. this year bus passes will be distributed in your child's home room on the first day of school. They will not be mailed home.
If you wish to have your child ride a school bus, please complete the registration process as soon as possible but no later than Wednesday August 31, 2017.
