2017-2018 Athletics Registrations (Grades 9-12)

• ATHLETIC FEES FOR 2017-2018:

$300/per season per sport. Family Cap is $900 for the 2017-18 school year. The cost for athletes participating in the Ice Hockey program will be $750.00.

A reduced fee has been established for those students who receive free and reduced lunch. If you have qualified for free and reduced lunch, all athletic fees have been reduced by 50%. Students eligible for free/reduced lunch will pay $150 per sport, per season, with a $900 family cap per school year, with the fee for Ice Hockey being $375.


Please be aware that the family cap excludes participation in Ice Hockey.


As in previous years, registration for participation in athletic programs must be completed on-line at www.familyid.com . A link may also be found on our website.


Payments for all district fees must be paid using PayPal. Payment will occur once you have successfully completed the registration process through FamilyID.


***IMPORTANT REFUND PROCESS*** All athletic fees described above are due and payable at the time of registration.  Refunds will be generated UPON REQUEST for tryout sports and will take 4-6 weeks for a check to be mailed to your home.

Parents are strongly urged to register students for participation in athletic programs for the Fall, Winter, and Spring season as early as possible, preferably in the summer of 2017. If registrations for particular sports are low a team may not be fielded.

• PREREQUISITES:

Before any student can participate in tryouts, the following requirements must be met:

1. Student will have passed a physical examination within one year of the official start of the season.

2. A medical history and physical form, signed by family doctor, must be submitted to the school athletic department/nurse.

3. One parent and the student-athlete must have taken ONE of two FREE online concussion courses in the past 12 months: http://www.cdc.gov/concussion/... OR http://www.nfhslearn.com/elect...
