Welcome to student enrollment for the Hills-Beaver Creek ISD#671 academic year 2018-2019. 

For your convenience, the district has gone to a primarily paperless registration process. In advance, we THANK PARENTS for promptly taking the time to complete and submit all required data.

The information below should be completed by a parent/guardian. This is a permanent record. Verification of birth date must be presented to the school district. Birth certificates and SSN information cannot be collected online and must be physically presented to the school.

Participant Information

The United States Department of Education (USDE) requires all state and local education institutions to collect data on ethnicity and race for students and staff. This information is used for state and federal accountability reporting as well as for reporting to the Office of Civil Rights (OCR) and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).

School district staff and parents or guardians of students enrolling in school are requested to provide information to the Ethnicity and Race questions below. If you decline to provide this information, please be aware that the USDE requires school districts to use observer information as a last resort for collecting the data for federal reporting.

Handbook Reading and Agreement

It is required that each parent review the current student handbook with their son our daughter. The handbook outlines all policies of the school. By agreeing to this parents are indicating that the handbook has been read and reviewed with students. The link to the handbook is below.

Internet and Computer Acceptable Use Policy and Contract

For Students
Parents are required to read and review the acceptable use policy with their children. By agreeing to the acceptable use policy parents are confirming that they have reviewed the policy with students. The link for accessing the policy is below. This includes consent to use the school internet connection and computers.

Parental Consent to Display Student Work

I understand occasionally my child’s picture, work and/or projects may be published publicly by the School District. Such publication is intended to further the educational mission of the school district. Various web tools used by the classroom teacher allow online collaboration, enhancing both students’ digital skills as well as the curriculum. I grant the School District copyrights and privileges to reproduce, adapt, publish and display my child’s work and picture (names will not be displayed) on the internet.

Parental Consent for Google Classroom

I give consent for my child/ward to use a District 671 Gmail account.

  • The Gmail account is needed to enroll students into Google Classroom.
  • Students cannot email outside the district.

If you have previously given consent for this privilege, the district will continue to give your child access until you ask the district to revoke it.

Authorization to Administer Over the Counter Medication

I agree to allow the school nurse or other authorized staff to administer over the counter medication such as Tylenol if necessary during the school day.

Payment Method
Cash/Check

Please bring cash or check to the Elementary School Office. Make sure cash or check envelope has student name and identified with the program the payment is to be applied. Payment must be received by September 10, 2019
