Welcome to Almont Community Schools Athletics!
The Almont Community Schools’ Athletic Department is committed to providing equal opportunities in a safe, positive environment which encourages student athletes to develop socially, emotionally, academically and athletically. A quality athletic program is the shared responsibility of the students, staff, parents and community. It is our expectation that our athletes hold themselves to the highest standards whether they are in the classroom, on the playing field, or in the community. In addition, we expect that our staff, coaches, parents and guardians, also, represent themselves and the school in a positive way when they attend any athletic event, home or away. As with any successful team, we must all work together to ensure that Almont athletics continue our tradition of excellence. Please note that Athletic participation is not a right, but a privilege. A student may be removed from Athletics for failure to meet the standards and requirements of the team, school or district.
A reminder as you begin the registration process:
All student-athletes must have a current physical on file in order to participate in any tryouts, practices, or events. Physicals are considered current if they are completed after April 15, 2018 for the current 2018-19 school year. A link can be found on the site if you need to print out a form. Forms can also be obtained in the Athletic office at the High School. You may upload a copy of the Physical Form directly to your student’s account.
Please feel free to contact the Athletic office at 810-798-3277 with any questions. If you need assistance with registration, contact FamilyID at: firstname.lastname@example.org or call 888-800-5583 x1. Support is available 7 days per week and messages will be returned promptly.
We look forward to a great year!
